Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, company details and role, when you sign up, book a demo, or contact us. When you connect an accounting system, bank, payment platform or other financial tool to A3FFC, we process the financial data required to deliver reconciliation, reporting, forecasting and related features, including transactions, invoices, expenses and account balances.
How we use financial data
Financial data connected to your account is used to power the features you activate: matching transactions during reconciliation, extracting invoice details, generating reports, forecasting cash flow, and detecting anomalies. This data is processed on your behalf and is not used to train models for other customers or sold to third parties.
AI processing
Our AI Finance Assistant and related automation features process the financial data in your account to answer questions, generate insights and produce recommendations. These features operate within the role-based permissions configured for your account, meaning AI does not surface data to a user who wouldn't otherwise have access to it.
Data sharing
We share data with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the platform, such as cloud infrastructure and transactional email providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell customer financial data.
Data retention
Financial data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward as required for legal, tax, or audit obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, enforce role-based access controls, and maintain audit logs of financial actions taken within the platform. Details are available on our Security page.
