Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the A3FFC platform, provided by A3FFC Private Limited ("A3FFC", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using A3FFC, you agree to these terms.
The service
A3FFC provides AI-powered finance and accounting automation, including invoice processing, reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, expense management, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting and anomaly detection. Features available depend on your plan.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it current.
Connected financial systems
When you connect a bank, accounting system, payment platform, payroll provider, or other financial tool to A3FFC, you authorize us to access and process the associated data to provide the platform's features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect these systems and to authorize this access.
AI recommendations and financial control
A3FFC's AI features surface recommendations, flag anomalies, and automate workflows based on your data and the permissions configured in your account. A3FFC does not execute payments, approvals, or account changes outside the controls your team defines. Final financial decisions and approvals remain the responsibility of your organization.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use A3FFC to violate applicable law, interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the terms agreed at signup or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
Termination
You may stop using A3FFC and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for non-payment, after reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimers
A3FFC provides financial automation and insight tools, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Recommendations and anomaly flags are informational and should be reviewed by a qualified person before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, A3FFC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of A3FFC after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
